How we keep it accurate
Checked before it reaches the Revenue Service
A mistake in a Georgian filing is expensive to unwind. The way we work is built so problems surface here, while they are still corrections.
A manager checks every declaration
Nothing is submitted on one person’s word. A manager goes through the declaration before it is filed.
A senior accountant reviews the work
Not a formal audit, a second pair of eyes. Declarations and your accounting database, checked that everything lines up.
Anything we find is fixed straight away
Corrections happen as soon as we spot them, while there is still time to make them without a penalty.
Keeping the books yourself, or handing them over
| Doing it yourself | With EFS Group | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly declarations | You track every deadline on rs.ge and file them yourself | Filed for you, correctly, before each deadline |
| When the rules change | You find out from a fine or a blocked account | We follow the changes and adjust your filings |
| General Journal | Usually skipped until an audit asks for it | Maintained continuously, in line with Georgian law |
| A tax audit | Weeks of rebuilding records under pressure | Books are already clean and audit ready |
| Your time | Several days a month on admin | One handover a month, then back to your business |
| If something is wrong | Fines, a blocked RS account, and back-filing to fix | Our responsibility to catch and correct |

VAT Registration

What happens after you get in touch
Three steps, and you know the price at the end of the first one.
A free call, about 30 minutes
You tell us your entity type, your status, and what state your records are in. We tell you what we would do and what it costs. If we are not the right fit for you, we will say so on that call.
We review what already exists
We look at your past filings and your RS account before quoting, so the price we give you is the price you pay. If there is back-filing to correct, you hear about it now rather than on a later invoice.
We take over before your next deadline
We coordinate the handover with your current accountant directly. There is no month where nobody is responsible for your filings, and nothing is missed in the transition.
