Accounting & Bookkeeping
Correct Declarations. Clean Books. Audit Ready.
In Georgia, the Revenue Service expects accurate, on-time filings, and the penalties for getting it wrong add up fast.
- A missed declaration or an incorrect filing can mean fines and a blocked RS account
- Disorganized books turn into real problems the moment a tax audit starts
- IE monthly declarations and LLC profit and property taxes each follow their own rules, so it has to be right from the start

Keeping the books yourself, or handing them over
Most founders we meet have been doing this themselves for a year or two. Here is what actually changes.
| Doing it yourself | With EFS Group | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly declarations | You track every deadline on rs.ge and file them yourself | Filed for you, correctly, before each deadline |
| When the rules change | You find out from a fine or a blocked account | We follow the changes and adjust your filings |
| General Journal | Usually skipped until an audit asks for it | Maintained continuously, in line with Georgian law |
| A tax audit | Weeks of rebuilding records under pressure | Books are already clean and audit ready |
| Your time | Several days a month on admin | One handover a month, then back to your business |
| If something is wrong | Fines, a blocked RS account, and back-filing to fix | Our responsibility to catch and correct |

What happens after you get in touch
No sales sequence. Three steps, and you know the price at the end of the first one.
A free call, about 30 minutes
You tell us your entity type, your status, and what state your records are in. We tell you what we would do and what it costs. If we are not the right fit for you, we will say so on that call.
We review what already exists
We look at your past filings and your RS account before quoting, so the price we give you is the price you pay. If there is back-filing to correct, you hear about it now rather than on a later invoice.
We take over before your next deadline
We coordinate the handover with your current accountant directly. There is no month where nobody is responsible for your filings, and nothing is missed in the transition.

Questions people ask before switching
The ones that actually come up on the first call.
It is routine for us. We request your records and access, coordinate the handover directly with your current accountant, and take over before your next filing deadline. You do not have to manage the conversation between us, and there is no gap month where your filings are nobody's job.
Yes, and you would not be the first. We review what has been filed before we quote, so any correction work is identified and priced up front. Back-filing and amendments are quoted separately from the monthly fee, so you can see exactly what is catch-up work and what is ongoing service.
Not on the Small Business plan. If you have no business activity in a given month, you do not pay the accounting service fee for that month. That is why the plan is built this way: freelancers and Individual Entrepreneurs rarely have an even year.
A named accountant who stays with your account, reachable by phone, email, and WhatsApp. You are not routed through a general inbox, and you are not re-explaining your business to somebody new every month.
Yes. We work in English and Georgian, and a large share of our clients are foreign founders and international companies operating in Georgia. Filings are submitted in Georgian because they have to be; your correspondence and reports come in whichever language you prefer.
Your bank statements, the invoices you issued and received, and a heads up on anything unusual. That is it. We handle the declarations, the General Journal, the Statistics Office reports, and the monitoring of your RS account.
The monthly fee is fixed for the scope we agree at the start. It changes only if your business changes in a way that changes the work, for example registering for VAT or taking on a special status. We tell you before that happens, not after.
